Prepare for your upcoming appointment with COMPREADY.
Please follow these steps before booking an appointment time:
Step 1) SCREENSHOT/GOOGLE FORM
Please take an in-game VALORANT screenshot in “The Range” with Bots ON and these Stats ON
(You will find these in Settings > Video > Stats – TEXT ONLY)

- Game Latency (CPU)
- Render Latency (GPU)
- Game to Render Latency (CPU+GPU)

Step 2) REFORMAT
*NOTE: BEFORE REFORMATTING, SAVE ANY PERSONAL FILES AND DATA TO AN EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE BECAUSE IT WILL REMOVE EVERYTHING FROM YOUR HARD DRIVES*
Performing a full reformat provides us with a clean slate to work with and ensures you get the best results possible.

If you are running Windows 11, you must downgrade to Windows 10. This is required for stability purposes as certain games/programs may not be fully optimized on Windows 11 as of right now.
Step 3) RE-DOWNLOAD ALL GAMES/APPLICATIONS/PROGRAMS
After your reformat has been completed successfully, please re-download all games, applications, and programs you will be using.
Step 4) UPDATE BIOS (USB IN FAT32 FORMAT – PROPERTIES IS REQUIRED)
Check your BIOS firmware version via searching System Info in Windows and looking at BIOS Version/Date. If your BIOS version is out-of-date, please refer to BaseBoard Product (motherboard).
Go to your motherboard website and download the latest version to your USB.
*If you are unsure of how to update your BIOS, refer to your Manual. Otherwise, your technician will assist you during your appointment.
Step 5) COMPREADY/TRIPPY OP PACK

Step 6) DISCORD (VERIFICATION)
Please join our Discord server:
If you purchased through Playerbase/Aimlabs and linked your Discord account, you should have already been assigned your role.
Otherwise, please create a support ticket and send them your invoice and e-mail to be validated for your purchase. You will then be given your role once you are verified.
Your Discord alias should now be highlighted in Yellow with our “Optimizations” role in our server.
Step 7) BOOKING
Now, you are ready to be booked for your appointment; IF ANY OF THE ABOVE STEPS ARE NOT COMPLETED BEFORE BOOKING, WE MAY RESCHEDULE YOU.
Please proceed to the Waiting Room prior to your appointment.
At the end of the appointment, please complete and submit the rest of the Google Form.
